Please note the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Tennis Club is undergoing a sixty million dollar renovation with a scheduled completion date of January 2006. This project will impact every aspect of the hotel and transform the property into a southern California coastal retreat! Guests are guaranteed a newly renovated room and the concierge level lounge has a spectacular new design. The View lounge has been converted to five luxury suites with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. New facilities under construction include a coffee store and maketplace, restaurant with outdoor dining area and fire pits, upscale lobby lounge with sushi bar, unique outdoor wedding venues, a thirteen thousand square foot European spa and forty-one thousand square feet of meeting space with twenty-six ballrooms! During this time, please enter the hotel using Santa Barbara Drive, not Newport Center Drive.*The ballroom, restaurant and swimming pool are curently closed. Nine meeting rooms are available for up to sixty people theatre style. Room service is not available. Many quality restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel and "Restaurants on the Run" delivery menus are available in all rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served while the restaurant is closed. The hotel is also providing complimentary shuttle service to the pool at the Marriott Suites Newport Beach and complimentary valet parking through December 2005. *Moderate to major construction will be ongoing 7:30am-6pm Monday through Saturday. The hotel will be most comfortable for guests who will be out of their room during the business day.
