The only full service hotel that sits on the banks of the Snake River with a full view of the spectacular falls. The hotel consists of an 8 story tower and a separate building of two floors where our economy cabana rooms are located around a heated outdoor pool. We offer unsurpassed comfort with balcony views of the picturesque falls, LDS Temple, Snake River Greenbelt and a short walk to our historic downtown. On a clear day, the famous Grand Tetons can be seen from our deluxe tower rooms. We offer both deluxe and economy rooms to suit any budget.     Take the Broadway exit (exit 118). Take a right on Broadway to River Parkway. Take a left on River Parkway. Take the Broadway exit (exit 118). Take a left on Broadway to River Parkway. Take a left on River Parkway. Take the Lindsay Boulevard exit. At the bottom of the exit take a left. Follow Lindsay Boulevard and turn left. Follow Highway 20 into town. Highway 20 becomes Broadway. Turn left at River Parkway. Follow through town to Broadway. Turn right onto Boulevard and then right at River Parkway. Follow through town to Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and then right at River Parkway. The hotel is located just steps away from the scenic falls of the Snake River. There is a beautiful 2 3/4 mile walking greenbelt located right outside our front door. Conveniently located within walking distance to the historic downtown with quaint stores and museums. Featuring the brand new "Idaho Museum." The LDS Temple being a major feature in Idaho Falls is just minutes away.
