	All reservations require a 1 night guarantee by valid credit card with expiry date at time of booking. During May1-Oct31 a 50.00 non refundable deposit is required at booking. During Dec31-Jan1 full stay non refundable deposit is required

	Through the internet site where your reservation was made, must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation and/ or no show charge. during May1-Oct31 must cxl 30 days prior to arrival, 20.00 cxl for all reservations.
