 There are 533 large, newly renovated guest rooms in an inviting, comfortable decor. Excellent downtown views, separate bathroom, hairdryer, remote control, cable television, radio, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, modem hook-up, voice mail, key card access and desk. Accommodations include: * 279 king-sized beds * 242 double-double beds * 412 no smoking rooms * 96 Gold PassportŪ rooms There are a total of 12 suites; all with downtown views. Three have contemporary, modern decor with a 27 ft. by 25 ft. parlor and full beverage service area. Two Polo Suites have English decor, wet bar and a 27 ft. by 25 ft. parlor. Five Executive Suites have a 13.5 ft. by 25 ft. parlor and wet bar. Other amenities include speaker telephones. Hyatt Business Plan? rooms are the same size as the guest rooms. Amenities include in-room coffee maker, complimentary local telephone calls and 800 access, two telephones (one on workdesk has data port,) continental breakfast, and complimentary access to the health club. There are 28 exclusive Regency ClubŪ rooms. Amenities include in-room coffee maker, desk, iron and ironing board.
