Located adjacent to Middleton Place, America's oldest landscaped gardens, the award-winning Inn at Middleton Place provides a memorable, relaxing getaway. Included in the room rate are length-of-stay passes to Middleton Place ($60 value), a full plantation breakfast each morning, a wine and cheese reception in the evening and guided walking tours. Also available Kayak and bike rentals. Children under the age of 12 stay free when sharing a room with their parents. Children over the age of 12 will be charged as an adult. A two-night minimum stay on weekends is required during peak season (March-May & September?November), Holidays and special events.

    Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit of one nights stay and if the cancellation is made outside the policy, client will be charged a $15 administrative fee.No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
