Designer-furnished condominiums and spacious hotel rooms are packed with amenities and feature a private balcony overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.Reservations not knowingly booked for those less than 25 years of age for our condos and less than 21 years of age for our hotel rooms will not be honored upon check-in.

    Straight from airport onto Harrelson Blvd. to end. Turn right onto US 17N. Follow for six miles. Turn right onto 67 Avenue N. Turn left onto N. Kings Hwy/17 Business. Turn right on 77 Ave. N. to end. From Charlotte NC -US74E. Right on US 601 becomes SC151 South. Merge onto US 52 South. Turn left onto US301/US 76W. US76W becomes SC 576E. SC576E becomes US501 South. Turn right onto SC 22 East. At end, follow US 17 Business. Turn left on 77 Avenue. From Wilmington, NC -Follow US175 to US 17 Business. Turn left on 77 Avenue North. The Grande Shores Ocean Resort is located adjacent to an upscale residential neighborhood with unobstructed panoramic views.     Guarantee Policy
    All reservations 3 nights or less require the first night room rate plus taxes and resort fee. Reservations 4 nights or more require the first two night's room rate plus taxes and resort fee.

    Cancellation Policy
    If cancellation is made more than 14-days prior to arrival, a fee of 10 percent or 30.00 USD, whichever is higher. If cancellation is made 14-days or less, prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited. Sorry, no refunds for early check-outs.
