We are within walking distance of the historic Port Isabel lighthouse, specialty gift and craft shops, and dozens of restaurants. You are also within walking distance to fish from the pier or by private charter, or you could step right into the bay and fish for trophy Speckled Trout, Redfish, Drum, Sheepshead, Sand Trout or Snook. You could also spend a day enjoying the abundant wildlife in Port Isabel. For the bird watchers, we have Pelicans, Egrets, Roseate Spoonbills, Kestrel, Osprey and many more. The sea is what attracts most of the visitors to Port Isabel, so you could choose to spend your time on the water viewing the marine life aboard one of many nature charters-even a glass bottomed boat- watching the dolphins, whales, seals, and much more.
