    Guarantee Policy
    Credit card deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking. From 12/21-1/3, credit card deposit of 100% stay is required at time of booking. A $25 one-time reservation fee will be charged to all reservations.

    Cancellation Policy
    CXL 60 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night's stay. From 11/16-12/25, CXL 45 days prior to avoid penalty. From 12/26-1/4, CXL 61 days prior avoid penalty of deposit. From 1/5-4/19, CXl 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of deposit.
