The resort has four room categories: they differ in size, location, and views. All of the rooms have been recently refurbished and all of the hotel rooms are decorated in a new England style, with rich duvets and throws. The furniture is a light country pine. They all have air-conditioning, computer modems, voice mail, hairdryers and spa quality bath amenities. Nightly turndown is available upon request.* Handicap facilitiesThe resort has 2 ADA approved fully accessible rooms with roll-in shower, lowered toilets both with assistance bars. TDD phones, hearing impaired alarm clock, doorbell, and light are available upon request for the hearing impaired. Pool stair access, all public areas and restaurants are wheelchair accessible and a handicap elevator allows access to conference room level.Room descriptions* C1K - Classic roomsOur classic room would accommodate two adults with plenty of room to relax. The rooms are located throughout the hotel on the first to fourth floors. The room comes with a king, queen, or two queen beds. Rollaways are not available for this room type. Size ranges from 244-304 sq ft.* B1K / B2Q - Superior roomMid size room comes with a king, queen, or two queen size beds. These rooms are located throughout the four floors and have limited views of the property. These rooms can accommodate one rollaway and or a crib. Size ranges from 318-409 sq ft.* A1K / A2Q - Deluxe roomLarge rooms located on the first to the fourth floors with either a king, queen or two queen beds. You will enjoy the view of our seasonal gardens or historic village. These rooms can accommodate one rollaway or crib. Size ranges from 268-484 sq ft.* S2Q - Premium roomsThe most spacious rooms offered within the main hotel. All have one king bed. Located on the second to fourth floor. You will enjoy the breath taking views of Equinox Mountain, spectacular seasonal gardens or the historical village of Manchester. These rooms can accommodate up to two rollaways or cribs, or a combination of the two. Size ranges from 320-490 sq ft.* S1Q - 1 bedroom townhouse suite1 bedroom townhouse suite has a queen size bed. The separate living room has a cozy electric fireplace and queen size sofa sleeper. All of the 1 bedroom townhouses are located on the second floor. There are no elevators in this building. There is a small balcony to relax and enjoy the stunning views of mount equinox, directly behind the property. The fully equipped kitchen and living area makes this an ideal choice for a family. There is one bathroom with a shower. The townhouses are located in a building that is separated from the main building by a driveway. The living room can accommodate a rollaway or crib. Size approx 510 sq ft.* S1K - Presidential suiteThe presidential suites all have a king bed. Step back into time in one of the suites named after some of the resorts most famous guests. These suites are located in the main building and have a sofa sleeper in the living room as well the master bedroom. There is a bathroom in each room. The Mary Todd Lincoln suite, the Theodore Roosevelt suite, the Calvin Coolidge suite and the Abraham Lincoln suite are all beautifully decorated with antique furniture and furnishings that gives guests a sense of the resorts historic past. The living room and the bedroom are both large enough to accommodate one rollaway or crib in each. Size ranges from 288-452 sq ft.* S2K - 1 bedroom suiteThe suites all have a king bed and are located in the Charles Orvis Inn. This suite has a gracious living room with electric fireplace, dining room and cherry-paneled fully equipped kitchen; beautiful marble bath with tub / shower. The suite is elegantly furnished with a timeless new England ambiance. The Orvis Inn guests enjoy private concierge service and exclusive use of the billiards room, private bar and terrace all located at the Orvis Inn. The Orvis Inn is a historic building separated from the main hotel by a driveway. Rollaways and cribs are not available in the 1 bedroom suites at the Orvis Inn. However, there are queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Size approx 646 sq ft.
